Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase

 

Fulfillment & Returns Overview

All SecureDenture.com orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). This means that while you place your order through our website, Amazon manages the storage, packaging, and shipping of your items. Because our inventory and logistics are handled by Amazon, our return process follows Amazon’s fulfillment guidelines.

 

How to Initiate a Return

If you purchased on Amazon:

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Go to Your Orders and find the item you’d like to return.
  3. Select Return or Replace Items and follow the on-screen instructions to choose your reason for return. 

If you purchased on our website:

Please contact our customer service team at inquiries@bioforceusa.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we would be happy to work to find a solution. Please include your order number, item name, and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us immediately at inquiries@bioforceusa.com and we will return or replace your item(s). Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or products.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Used or opened denture adhesive products
  • Items not purchased through SecureDenture.com or from BioforceUSA’s Seller Account on Amazon
